Week Twenty One

We began our Halloween projects this week incorporating learning all about shapes and colors. We sorted out all of the project folders and have a bunch of work that will be going home with you this coming week. We kept quite a few things that will be bound in a book and sent home at the end of the school year, don't worry we kept the best of the best for their portfolio!

We made a special project this week that kiddos will bring home for parents around the holidays. Cant spill the beans here because its a surprise but its the sweetest gift and we are so happy Miss Liz (Zuma's mom) could come in and do this with us!

We went on a shape scavenger hunt this week and learned all about the shapes we see in our classroom every day. We also did a cat and pumpkin project with some neat shapes. Stay tuned for this coming weeks shape projects!

Halloween day, we will be having a dress up/ costume party. If you would like your child to participate please send them to school in their costume or let us teachers know if you'd like them to use one of ours from the dress up area. We have quite a few!
