Congrats to our July Parkdale Employee of the Month - Miss Marbella!

We are beyond excited to celebrate Marbella for making Kiddie City history as the very first person to earn Employee of the Month THREE times! 🌟 Her dedication, passion, and leadership continue to shine through in everything she does.

Most recently, Marbella stepped into the Morning Lead position in the Sun Room at our Parkdale location, and she has hit the ground running! Her strong commitment to leadership and staff development has been an incredible asset to our team.

As she approaches her two-year anniversary with Kiddie City, Marbella’s love for teaching and her natural connection with children remain as inspiring as ever. She is also continuing her journey in early childhood education by attending CGCC and working towards her degree in ECE—a true example of lifelong learning and professional growth!
