Week Eighty Eight

What a love filled week! This week is one of my favorite weeks of the year, Friendship & Kindness week. We always do this the week of Valentines day so we can link up on spoiling our kids and staff with lots of love. Each year we mandate our staff to write kindness notes to every staff member. It can be as simple as a sticky note with a few nice words or a full on gift. We let them take charge on how much or little they'd like to do. Are staff also make Valentines for the children in their class. Typically this week we also learn about friends, being kind, social emotional regulation and talking about our feelings. This year was so fun I am already ready for next year! Here is a highlight from our week.
