I appreciate your stretch and working hard towards furthering your education and focusing on becoming a better teacher each day. You’ve been such a positive example recently and I want to commend you for putting forth the effort. I see the beautiful process of change unfolding for you and it’s like a butterfly coming out of a cocoon. When I think of leadership I think of you!
