Crystal is one of our Rainbow (baby) room teachers in Hood River. She climbed the ranks to teacher qualified pretty quick and has proven herself a valuable asset to our team. Her dedication to our children's well being and development is truly inspiring. She has been second place for employee of the month a few times, we knew it was only a matter of time before she took the cake! Crystal always has a positive attitude and infectious enthusiasm. She's had a profound impact on both the children and her colleagues. She consistently demonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills, fostering a sense of trust and comfort among the children under her care. Crystal's ability to create a loving and inclusive atmosphere is a testament to her passion for early childhood education. Thanks for all you do Crystal!
