Ashley is our morning preschool teacher in Hood River. Fun fact, Miss Ashley is the very first employee of Kiddie City. She came on board in March of 2022 with no previous teaching experience but ready to hit the ground running and dive into this new profession. Ashley has seen the many changes Kiddie City has gone through since the beginning and has helped bring a lot of things to fruition. Ashley is a fan favorite amongst the kids and families here at Kiddie City. We are so grateful for Ashley, Kiddie City wouldn't be what it is today without her!

Ashley, Your hard work and quiet nature doesn’t go unnoticed. You keep to yourself and your class, you work hard and keep your eyes on your own paper. You stepped up as the afternoon preschool teacher in Parkdale (light years ago 😉) when no one else would and held the fort down until something better came around. You’ve battled being your own child’s teacher for the last year (hard freakin work) and you’ve come out on top. With the new AM preschool position you’ve done nothing but flourished. You go home and prep curriculum, you use the open ended and montessori toys in your class and you notice where the kids in your class are lacking and what you can do to help them get back on track or strengthen them. Aside from helping little humans grow you’ve done tremendous growth yourself. You’ve turned problems into progress and I am beyond proud to have such an amazing human like you on our team! You set a great example for all the other team members and model exactly what a being a great teacher and team member looks like.
