Kylie, welcome to the EOM x 2 club. Well deserved! The growth you’ve shown over the last few months is amazing and I’m so proud of how far you’ve come. Your flexibility, your attitude, your leadership, your great example. You’ve been an amazing team player, you make sure all the cleaning duties get done when some of our crew is absent, you’ve been a huge rock in our sun room this last month, you are always on the ground playing with the kids leading the way for other staff and showing excellence in your care. Your hard work doesn’t go unnoticed and I hope you know just how appreciated you are. Thank you for your heavy lifting and I can’t wait to continue watching your growth and what the future brings!
