2024 EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR - MISS AICIa




A huge congratulations to our regional director Alicia Pratt for winning 2024 employee of the year! Alicia has been part of the Kiddie City family since day one, she was our first facility director to be promoted and never got the opportunity to win employee of the month as we started that after she was moved into management. While she has a tough job helping juggle quality control at all 3 of our facilities, She puts her heart and soul into all she does. 


Alicia has worked hard to help develop policies and procedures and shape Kiddie City into what it is today. She’s been part of opening all the facilities and has had a big hand in ensuring all the pieces run smoothly. Families, children and staff love her!
