This month we celebrated friendship day on the 14th which is a yearly tradition where we spoil the kids and staff at Kiddie City. This kids learned all about friendship and feelings this month. How to be a kind friend, how to communicate when we have feelings show up and learn more about our little spot of feelings curriculum. All our classrooms got more little spot curriculum and they love them. Our favorite part, is our curriculum is hands on so even the babies can touch and familiarize themselves with the color spots.

The staff had a teacher in service day which allows us to get more hands on training in the early childhood education field. These days give us new tools and insights to use in our teaching practices to continue growing as teachers.

Our preschool classes got their published books back that we did through Student Treasures, a new kiddie city yearly tradition. We plan to celebrate this huge achievement and decorate an award during read across America week in the beginning of March!
